Program rules
Short and plain. Breaking them cancels the commissions involved and can pause your account.
No self-referrals
Sign-ups from your own account, or from an account you or your business control, earn nothing.
No ads on our name
Don't bid on Outtest or similar brand terms in Google, Bing or any other ad network, and don't run ads that pretend to be Outtest. Promoting your own content that links to us is fine.
Be honest
Don't promise results, invent discounts or claim to speak for Outtest. Say that it's an affiliate link wherever the law or the platform asks, for example with #ad or "affiliate link".
No spam
No unsolicited bulk email, DMs, comment spam or posting your link where it isn't welcome.
Refunds and fraud
A refunded payment earns no commission. Commissions that break these rules are cancelled and the account can be paused.
Tax and changes
You're responsible for any tax on what you earn. We may change the program, including the rate, by updating this page. Commissions you've already earned keep the terms they were earned under.
Questions people ask
Do I need to be an Outtest customer to join?+
No. Anyone can join for free with an Outtest account. You only need a PayPal account to get paid.
How much do I earn per customer?+
25% of the plan they pick, paid once. On monthly plans that is $7.25 for Starter, $12.25 for Growth, $24.75 for Pro, $124.75 for Scale. On a yearly plan you earn 25% of the whole year: $69.60 for Starter, $117.60 for Growth, $237.60 for Pro, $1,197.60 for Scale.
Is the commission recurring?+
No. You earn once per customer, on their first payment. Later months and upgrades don't add to it.
How long does the referral cookie last?+
30 days. If someone clicks your link and creates an Outtest account within 30 days, they are your referral. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the last link clicked gets the sale. Only accounts created after the click count.
When and how do I get paid?+
Each commission clears 30 days after the customer pays, which covers refunds. Once you have $50 or more cleared, press Request payout in your dashboard and it's sent to your PayPal in US dollars, usually within 7 days.
What can I track?+
Clicks, sign-ups and sales for each of your links, a chart of the last 30 days, each sale's commission and when it clears, and every payout. Customers' names and emails stay private.
Can I use the Outtest logo in my videos?+
Yes. Download the brand kit on this page: the logo in SVG and PNG, the mark on its own and our product film for B-roll. Don't change the logo, and don't use it in paid search ads or in ads that look like they come from Outtest.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?+
A refunded payment earns no commission. That's why commissions wait 30 days before you can pay them out.
