How Shoplift prices
Shoplift charges by total monthly store visitors, counted across the whole store rather than only the visitors in tests. You pick a visitor band and a plan. Annual billing saves 25%, and every plan has a 14-day free trial.
Prices by visitor band

| Monthly store visitors | Core | Advanced | Pro (annual only) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 50k | $99 ($74) | $399 ($299) | $699 |

What each plan adds
Core covers template, theme and URL tests, Bayesian analysis, device segmentation and order-level exports. Advanced adds price testing, subscription testing, Lift Assist, GA4, the JavaScript API, deeper audience segmentation and personalization. Pro adds a dedicated account manager, strategy sessions twice a month, a storefront audit and quarterly business reviews.
A worked example
A store with 40,000 monthly visitors wants to test product page templates. Core costs $99 a month, or $74 a month on annual billing ($888 a year).
Six months later it wants to test prices, which needs Advanced at $399 a month, or $299 a month billed annually ($3,588 a year). If a big sale season then pushes traffic to 120,000 monthly visitors, the store lands in the 100k to 250k band, where Core isn't offered and Advanced is $599 a month ($449 on annual billing).
Costs to watch
- Visitor counts include everyone who lands on the store, so growth in untested traffic still moves you up a band.
- Going over your allowance pauses tests and visitor data collection until you upgrade or the cycle resets.
- Brands running five or more stores get special pricing through sales, which isn't published.
Compared with Outtest
Outtest prices by tests that go live rather than by traffic: $29 a month for 3 tests, $49 for 10, $99 for 30 and $499 for unlimited, one site per plan. It installs on Shopify through an app and on other builders too, but it doesn't build variants in the Shopify Theme Editor the way Shoplift does.

Questions people ask
How much does Shoplift cost?+
Core is $99 a month ($74 billed annually) for up to 50k monthly store visitors, and $199 ($149) for 50k to 100k. Advanced starts at $399 a month ($299 billed annually), and Pro, which is annual only, starts at $699 a month. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
Does Shoplift work with headless Shopify stores?+
No. Its FAQ says headless storefronts built with custom frontends like Hydrogen or Next.js aren't supported, because Shoplift relies on Shopify's theme system to inject tests.
Can Shoplift test prices?+
Yes, on the Advanced plan and above. Shoplift updates the price visitors see on product pages, collection pages and in the cart, and says the correct price carries through to checkout.
What statistics does Shoplift use?+
Shoplift's pricing page describes Bayesian predictive analysis that also predicts how long a test needs to run. Results cover revenue per visitor, add-to-cart rate, click rate, bounce rate and more.
What happens if I go over my Shoplift visitor limit?+
Your tests pause and visitor data collection stops until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets. Limits count total store visitors, not only the visitors in tests.
